Andrea
Client Services Manager
Future First Criminal Law
As a Client Services Manager at Future First Criminal Law, Andrea is often the first voice clients hear when they’re overwhelmed, afraid, and unsure of what to do next. Many of those calls come from people worried not only about an active case, but about how a past charge or conviction is still affecting their employment, housing, or future. Her role is more than answering calls. She offers dignity, compassion, and reassurance when people feel stuck under the weight of their record.
Her path to criminal defense started by chance, but it quickly became clear that she belonged here. What truly inspired her was finding a firm that believes good people deserve help, hope, and a real chance to rebuild their future. She shows up for clients with calm, steady compassion, offering a safe place where they can ask questions, express fear, or talk openly about how a criminal record is holding them back. She takes pride in offering clarity during chaos, especially when explaining future-focused options like record sealing and set asides. Helping someone through a process that once felt overwhelming is one of the most meaningful parts of her role.
Professionally, Andrea brings exceptional strengths to her role, including empathy, active listening, problem-solving, emotional adaptability, and a natural ability to break complex legal processes into clear, simple explanations. She is also fluent in both English and Spanish, a skill that allows her to connect with a wider range of clients and ensure they feel fully understood. This is especially helpful when discussing sensitive issues tied to someone’s record and future.

Helping Clients Move Forward
Her ability to communicate clearly and compassionately helps create a sense of safety and trust. She listens for pain points such as fear of ICE, confusion about record relief, or anxiety about employment, and meets clients exactly where they are emotionally. She lets them breathe, ask questions, and then helps them understand how the firm can guide them forward.
Andrea is reminded daily why her work matters. Every call that ends with, “Thank you for answering all my questions,” or “I feel so much better now,” reinforces her purpose. One moment she will never forget is when an elderly woman ended a call by saying, “Mija, may you always be this gentle and kind. Que Dios te bendiga,” which means may God bless you. Those words continue to guide how she shows up for every client.
At Future First Criminal Law, Andrea is more than a Client Services Manager. She is a steady presence, a calm voice in uncertainty, and a reminder that no matter how heavy the past feels, there is a path forward.
